Board Nominations
Do you have the passion, drive, creativity or business background to make our BID a success?
You don’t need vast experience of running a business, of undertaking a role anything like this before or even a great deal of time to spare. As a BID Board Director you will be one of 15 Directors that oversee the strategic direction of the BID, direct the work of the BID Manager and represent the wider Village business community. The make-up of the board represents all the sectors and interested parties in AGV.
Therefore the 15 director seats are broken down as; W M Police – 1 seat, Elected Member for the area – 1 seat, Community Representative – 1 seat. 12 private sector seats; Leisure/Food & Drink – 4 seats, Retail (Multinational) – 3 seats, Retail (Independent) – 3 seats, Office/Professional/Banking – 1 seat, Landlord/property owner – 1seat
To put yourself forward for this role (should a vacancy arise) simply complete and return the attached nomination form and return it to the BID office.
Information about the role can be found in the attached Terms of Reference.
We look forward to hearing from you!
